Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order leaves our warehouse in Cudahy, Wisconsin. We stop the shipment and refund you in full, with no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Contact us as soon as you decide. The earlier we hear from you, the better the chance we can stop the order before it is handed to the carrier.

Have your order number and billing name ready so we can find the order quickly.

If the order has already shipped

An order that is already with a parcel or freight carrier cannot be recalled. It is still covered by our 30-day return policy once it arrives:

• We provide a prepaid return label or arrange a freight pickup.
• There is no restocking or administrative fee.
• Your full refund is issued within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the item.

If you ordered the wrong item

Tell us right away. If the order is still in the warehouse, we cancel it and help you order the correct model. If it is already on its way, the return policy covers you when it arrives.

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example when:

• an item is out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer;
• payment cannot be verified or the order is flagged by fraud checks;
• the delivery address is incomplete or cannot be verified;
• the listing contained a pricing or typographical error.

If that happens, we email you the reason and refund your original payment method in full within 7 business days.
