Authenticity, pricing and payment

• Authenticity: products on winiba.com are genuine and new. See Product Authenticity and Sourcing.
• Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Payment: you agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase information. Chargebacks are for unauthorized charges; other chargebacks may be contested.
• Disputes: if there is a problem with delivery or setup, contact contact@winiba.com first so we can resolve it directly.

Third-party tools and links

We may give you access to third-party tools, such as tracking portals or assembly guides, which we do not control. They are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Links on this site may lead to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and have no liability for third-party materials.
